  ・Daily vehicle dispatch and scheduling
  ・Driver shift planning, attendance monitoring, and performance supervision (including 2 subordinates)
  ・Handling sudden absences or urgent transport requests
  ・Reviewing invoices and coordinating with the Accounting Department
  ・Liaison with insurance providers and vehicle maintenance vendors
  ・Assisting with driver recruitment and interviews
  ・Handling complaints and serving as a point of contact
  ・Organizing transport for company events or large gatherings
