We are a leader in coffee roasting, manufacturing, and distribution, supplying premium products to cafés, restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, and more.The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for achieving company sales targets and growth through the development and implementation of Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing strategies that align with consumer and shopper expectations.【Responsibilities】1. Trade Marketing Execution・Develop and lead trade marketing projects, advertising activities, and promotional materials.・Ensure seamless implementation of trade marketing initiatives.・Monitor the effectiveness of trade promotions and manage the annual budget.2. Brand & Marketing Coordination・Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all marketing activities adhere to company processes.・Coordinate with internal and external designers, printers, and suppliers for artwork development, from concept to final print.・Align trade marketing activities, point-of-sale materials, and promotional collaterals with internal departments and suppliers.3. Merchandising & Sales Support・Ensure promotional and core brand materials are relevant and up to date while managing inventory.・Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Merchandising Team to uphold corporate trade standards.・Train, develop, and guide the Merchandising Team to maintain high productivity and brand compliance.・Monitor merchandising directives, planograms, and implement necessary improvements.4. Collaboration & Trade Events・Work closely with Finance to validate promotions for future planning.・Coordinate trade events with external partners, Sales teams, and internal departments.・Conduct trade audits regularly and collaborate with Sales and Merchandising teams to optimize strategies.Other Duties・Perform additional tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
