  BASIC FUNCTIONS:
  
  > Responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting.
  > Develops and maintains accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial
  statements.
  > Supervises accounting personnel and manages the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a
  timely & accurate manner.
  > Addresses tight deadlines, year-end audit preparation, and support for budget and forecast activities.
