• Job Description

  We are seeking a General Compliance Manager to lead the establishment and management of the company's compliance framework in the Philippines. This role ensures full adherence to local laws and financial regulations while supporting responsible business growth. You will work closely with regulatory bodies, internal departments, and our Japan headquarters to implement and maintain a strong governance structure.
  
  <Key Responsibilities>
  Ensure full compliance with local regulations including SEC, AMLA, NPC, BIR, DOLE, and LGU requirements
  Develop and implement internal policies and procedures related to AML, Data Privacy, and lending operations
  Manage all regulatory filings, audits, and permit renewals (e.g., CTR/STR, GIS, AFS)
  Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance frameworks accordingly
  Review contracts and internal documents to ensure legal soundness and mitigate risk
  Coordinate with regulators, external auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless compliance operations
