    【Responsibilities】
    You will work closely with Japanese expat managers, handling a variety of tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including:
    ・Supporting sales operations (document preparation, order processing, progress tracking)
    ・Interpreting between Japanese and local staff during meetings and correspondence
    ・Managing permits, application documents, and internal coordination
    ・Arranging business trips (hotel, flight, and car bookings)
    ・Assisting in the management of company-leased condominiums
    ・General office and administrative support related to project progress

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【MUST】
    ・Native-level or JLPT N2 equivalent Japanese proficiency (speaking, reading, writing)
    ・Conversational English skills
    ・Professional business etiquette and organizational skills
    ・Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
    ・Detail-oriented and capable of handling tasks accurately and efficiently
    ・Experience working in a Japanese company

    【BETTER】
    ・Background in sales support, order processing, or customer service
    ・Familiarity with trade or logistics operations
    ・Involved with start-up or new business operations
