Job Description
This role is a mix of sales support and logistics coordination. You will work with both local and international partners to ensure accurate orders, proper shipment schedules, and strong customer relationships.
<Job Description>
Inside Sales Tasks:
・Handle inquiries and prepare quotations
・Create and process purchase orders using SAP
・Coordinate delivery timelines with factories
・Communicate with clients via email and phone
・Submit necessary documents (test reports, drawings, etc.)
・Update inventory and payment status
・Provide admin support for sales operations
Logistics Tasks:
・Prepare shipping documents (PO, invoice, packing list, B/L, L/C)
・Coordinate with factories, carriers, and forwarders
・Book shipments and arrange transport providers
・Ensure smooth and timely delivery of products

Qualifications
<Must>
・5+ years of experience in inside sales, handling tangible products
・Familiar with SAP or other ERP systems
・Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
・Strong communication and coordination skills
・Good with numbers and detail-oriented
・Basic understanding of international trade
・Business-level English (both written and spoken)
<Preferred>
・Knowledge of supply chain operations
・Skills in data analysis
・Ability to multitask and stay organized
・Basic understanding of mechanical products is a plus
