    Warehouse and distribution operations management
    Customer inquiry handling (email & phone)
    WMS (Warehouse Management System) operations
    Work instruction coordination with outsourced partners
    Monthly and weekly work planning
    Budget vs. actual management and work progress monitoring
    Handling irregular situations and exceptions
    Billing data compilation
    Safety management
    Various quotation responses
    Payment processing
    Other related duties

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Must Have:
    Logistics industry experience: 2-3 years
    Age: Up to around 30 years old
    Stable employment history (no job hopping)
    Experience serving retail stores and retail chains 【CRITICAL】
    *Handling consumer goods (apparel, food & beverage, electronics, daily goods, etc.)

    Preferred:
    Experience working for Japanese companies
    Experience in e-commerce or B2C operations is advantageous
    Both male and female candidates welcome
