  <Job Description>
  •Managing Full Sets of Accounts: Handling all aspects of our financial records, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other tax matters.
  •Internal Auditing: Performing internal audit functions to maintain financial integrity and adherence to policies.
  •Voucher and Payroll Processing: Efficiently preparing vouchers and processing payroll to ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
  •Daily Transaction Management: Recording and reconciling daily financial transactions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  •Budgeting and Forecasting Support: Contributing to our financial planning by assisting with budget preparation and forecasting.
  •Financial & Management Reporting: Preparing comprehensive financial and management reports to provide insights for decision-making.
  •Financial Planning Assistance: Supporting the financial planning processes to optimize resource allocation and achieve organizational goals.
  •Promotion Claims and Payment: Managing and processing promotion claims and ensuring timely payments.
  •Inventory Monitoring & Analysis: Closely monitoring and analyzing inventory levels, providing valuable feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  •Tax Compliance: Ensuring strict compliance with Corporate Tax regulations and all other statutory requirements.
  •General Accounting Duties: Executing various general accounting tasks to support the finance department.
