  ■Specific Functions for Detailed Job Description
  (1) Supervises daily transaction such as appearance checkpoint, measurement, in process QC, outgoing inspection.
  (2) Compliance to documentation reports and requirements.
  (3) Communicates quality issues in concerned sections or in external.
  
  a. Plans, implements and manage the company / department’s software quality assurance activities.
  b. Plans, implements and manage the company / department’s process improvement initiatives.
  c. Provide support to the department’s PMO
  d. Coordination with project managers and senior management on the implementation and results of the quality assurance and process improvement activities.
  e. Creation of monthly quality reports
  f. Collects and analyzes company-wide quality data to identify areas for improvement
  g. Provides support to software project teams through project data analysis and develops, recommends, and monitors corrective and preventive actions
  h. Provides guidance in root cause analysis and recommends corrective and preventive actions
  i. Handles and conducts SQA-related trainings
