  Company Nurse
  1. Monitor pre-Employment Medical Assessment.
  2. Monitor Annual Physical Examination.
  3. Preparation & Computation of SSS Sickness & Maternity Benefits & other government benefits.
  4. Preparation & Issuance of Disciplinary Notice related to Health and Safety.
  5. In-charge of Health & Safety
  a. Employee Care.
  b. Regular route in Production Area to check cleanliness, orderliness, compliance of PPE’s.
  c. Conduct monthly Health & Safety meetings.
  d. Regular checking and update on the implementation of Company Health & Safety Standard.
  e. Ensure monthly and annual submission of Health & Safety Report to DOLE.
  f. Fire Drill scheduling and preparation.
  g. Implementation of Health protocol against rapid spread of Covid-19.
  6. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time related to Health and Safety.
  
  Auxiliary work for IMPEX
  ・ When the Impex person is out of the office
  : Because sometimes the person in charge will be out of the office for business purposes
  Work for shipping courier
  ・Created IVOICE (with draft, computer input / printout)
  ・Creation of AWBL for courier (same as above for work on wave)
  ・Booking to a courier company (work on the wave)
  ・Pickup confirmation inquiry (email or phone)
  ・Inquiry about tracking undelivered items (work on wave)
  ・Input AWBL# on sheet that is in awve
  ・UPLOAD data in Skype
  ・ W check of trade documents (W check such as mistakes in writing documents)
