  Task and responsibilities
  Work directly with the Managing Director to execute the investment mandate
  Assist the MD throughout the investment process, which includes sourcing companies, conducting due diligence, preparing valuation analysis and writing investment memos
  Optimize the workflows of the fund by building frameworks and leveraging technology
  Conduct market research with a goal of crafting new investment theses
  Work with external counsel for legal due diligence and documentation
  Assist portfolio companies across various functions post-investment
  Prepare reports for our investors, including quarterly updates and board memos
  Execute projects of your own direction that help ISVP and/or our portfolio companies
