• Responsible for the branch‘s financial results with close supervision of the sales and operational activities
• Generate gross profit and revenue growth by new client development and growing existing client business
in line with Rhenus Air & Ocean’s growth strategy and the country sales budget. Drive new business by
managing face-to-face sales meetings with the Customers, building relationships, presenting
recommendations for logistics solutions, and closing sales
• Responsible for Sales and Business Development activities in the North Luzon area
• Responsible for Operational Activities of the branch (forwarding & customs clearance), ensures a smooth
workflow, and meets the customer’s expectation
• Negotiate and conduct regular reviews/evaluation of rates from airlines, shipping line companies,
truckers, and brokers. Establish good partnership and rapport with all parties concerned
• Monitor and ensure that the business activities are in line with the local and regional compliance policies
and that all legal requirements are being fulfilled
• Achieve a high win percentage of the new business awards while generating high GP margins for new
and existing accounts which meet/exceed new business revenue goals.
• Have continuous engagement with customers to maintain close relationships and ensure ongoing
success with accounts.
• Consult with several levels of decision-makers to understand customers’ business challenges and
logistics goals.
• Develop tailored logistics solutions that deliver value and support to the customer’s business strategy.
• Build rapport and trust with customers by being informed about customers’ business and the market and
support customer retention through collaboration with all resources including our Product teams, other
sales channels, and local Station Management.
• Apply and received regional and global tenders and coordinate as account owner with regional tender
teams.
• Close corporation with Country - & Product Management to set selling price strategies for all assigned
customer tenders.
• Incorporate the daily use of the SUGAR platform to document sales activity and relevant customer
business details.
• Managing opportunities and risks securing the interests of Rhenus A&O
• Taking part in all sales training provided and scheduled by Rhenus A&O
• Act as lead negotiator in a “closer” role during client presentations
• Provide support, coaching, and motivation among the team. Address personnel issues promptly
• Address customer complaints and escalate them to the Manager if necessary.

応募条件
• Bachelor’s degree in business/ Logistics or equivalent experience in logistics.
• A minimum of 5 years of field sales in freight forwarding (especially Air & Ocean)
• Decisions and Problem-Solving – analyzing information, evaluating results, and using effective
approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions.
• With strong leadership skills
• Results Orientation – demonstrates a clear understanding of expected outcomes. Sets personal targets
and strives to achieve them.
• Client Focused - able to anticipate and identify customers’ needs and expectations and what constitutes
positive customer satisfaction.
• Ability to think out of the box (Entrepreneur)
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Willingness to travel as well as fluency in written and spoken English
