    1. Assist in live stream sessions: Actively participate in live stream sessions, ensuring that the content is in line with certain promotions, activities and guided script.
    2. Support Live Hosts: Provide real-time assistance to Live Hosts, helping them with moderation and any other needs that arise during the session. Be their go-to person for any questions, concerns, or technical issues they may encounter.
    3. Review the overall quality of Live Shows: Assess the content, presentation, and engagement of Live Shows, ensuring that they meet our high standards and adhere to our community guidelines.
    4. Share feedback with the internal team: Collaborate with the internal team to provide constructive feedback on Live Shows, identifying areas of improvement and sharing insights to enhance the user experience.
    5. Suggest improvements to Live Hosts: After each session, work closely with Live Hosts to provide tailored recommendations for how they can improve the quality of their future Live Shows.
    6. Create guided script, study the live analythics, and make good promotions or activites in the live selling
    7. Do market research and study tiktok algorithm
    8. Analyze data’s , engagements, and sales analysis

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    - With Bachelor degree in any related field
    - Strong Fluency in English
    - A passion for sustainable fashion, secondhand marketplace trends, and an understanding of the Tiktok platform.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with Live Hosts and the internal team.
    - Experience in content moderation, live streaming, or a related field is preferred.
    - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in content quality and user experience.
    - Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    - Experience using social media platforms, especially those focused on video and live streaming content.
    - Willing to train, fliexible and with high optimistic/ energy in doing task.
