    We're looking for a　Company Nurse/HR Staff. Your main job will be taking care of employees' medical needs, but you'll also assist with HR tasks. This includes making sure we meet all medical regulations, managing records and benefits, and liaising with government agencies like SSS and PHIC. While nursing is the primary focus, you'll also pitch in with HR duties as needed.

    ＜Job Description＞
    ・Attend to employees who require medical attention
    ・Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations
    ・Secure and develop all records and related programs
    ・Handle employees' mandatory benefits, including coordination with SSS and PHIC
    ・Assist with other HR matters after regularization
    ・Provide support in HR-related tasks as needed

  • 応募条件

    ＜Required＞
    ・Female candidates
    ・Bachelor's degree in Nursing
    ・Valid nursing license
    ・1 to 2 years of experience in an Industrial Clinic (Manufacturing) or Hospital setting; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    ・Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    ・Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues effectively
    ・Willingness to handle HR matters
    ・Proficient in people

    Preferred
    ・candidate must have an OHNAP Training Certificate for Occupational Health Nurse.
