  ＜Responsible＞
  ●Supervisor of all Property Management projects
  ・Development of business plan and management organization
  ・Establish the organizational structure necessary for project management and set up the functions of each position.
  ・Developed staffing plans for each project
  ・Establishment of annual activity and performance plans
  ・Develop process and management standards for real estate management
  
  ●Sales activities
  ・Sales activities to acquire new projects
  ・Decide whether or not to take on new projects.
  
  
  ●Operational Management
  ・Responsible for achieving the performance plan
  ・Propose revenue enhancement measures for each project
  ・Monitoring of expenditures for each department and project and proposals for cost structure review
  ・Participation in the selection process of service providers
  
  ●Organization and personnel management
  ・Assigning goals to each project manager
  ・Advice to each manager on management of progress toward goals and problem-solving
  ・Personnel evaluation and guidance for each manager
  ・Planning and implementation of training programs to improve the skills of staff under his/her control
  
  ●Other
  ・Assume Property Manager role for the project, if necessary.
  ・Other duties as instructed by the company
