  We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Freight Forwarding Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment. As a Freight Forwarding Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our freight forwarding operations, including managing a team of logistics professionals, optimizing processes, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.
  
  The successful incumbent for this position will be responsible for the following::
  
  >Manage and lead a team of logistics professionals and support staff.
  >Oversee all aspects of freight forwarding operations, including booking shipments, coordinating transportation, and managing
  documentation.
  >Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency.
  >Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  >Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  >Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  >Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
