    As part of our expansion into the Philippines, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to lead our local financial operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

    ＜Responsibilities＞
    ・Handle bookkeeping and journal entries
    ・Manage monthly and annual financial closing
    ・Oversee tax filing (monthly, mid-term, and annual)
    ・Process payroll
    ・Conduct banking transactions
    ・Manage accounts payable and receivable
    ・Prepare invoices
    ・Report and coordinate with the parent company
    ・Ensure audit compliance
    ・Lead and manage the accounting team
    ・Develop and implement financial strategies
    ・Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    ＜MUST＞
    ・Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
    ・At least 7 years of experience in financial accounting
    ・Hands-on experience in addition to managerial skills
    ・Preferable experience working in a local subsidiary or branch of a Japanese company
    ・Strong analytical skills
    ・Should be Expertise in:
    ‐Month-end and year-end closing processes
    ‐Knowledge of PFRS and IFRS

    ＜Preferred＞
    ・Ability to communicate in Japanese
