    - Graduate of BS in Accountancy
    - PRC license holder of CPA
    - At least 5 to 10years working experience related to tax handling, tax preparation, participation in corporate planning about tax compliance, tax penalties avoidance
    - With work experience from a construction industry preferably
    - Independent, active, pro-active and collaborative team player
    - Strategic thinker, innovative and has strong problem-solving skill
    - Ability to deliver high quality of work in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven and diverse environment
