  We are looking for a Japanese-native Assistant Manager with strong English communication skills and a background in accounting, tax, or legal consulting. You'll work alongside a team of Filipino and Japanese professionals to guide Japanese corporations through business set-up, M&A, compliance, and more in the Philippine market.
  
  【RESPONSIBILITIES】
  ・Assist Japanese clients with company establishment, tax filings, legal compliance, and M&A
  ・Support senior consultants in strategy, business management, and client consultations
  ・Translate business and legal documents (JP ⇔ EN)
  ・Research and report on the latest Philippine market regulations and investment conditions
  ・Coordinate internal meetings, reports, and schedules
  ・Act as a bridge between Japanese clients and local institutions
