  We’re looking for an Accounting Lead who will report to the Person-in-Charge (PIC) in Japan and oversee a team of four accounting staff. If you're a CPA with leadership experience, strong financial expertise, and a global mindset—this is your opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced, international environment!
  
  ・Oversee Accounting Operations – Manage payables, receivables, payroll, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
  ・Ensure Compliance & Auditing – Stay ahead of local and international accounting regulations, handling tax filings and audits.
  ・Drive Financial Insights – Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with strategic recommendations for leadership.
  ・Lead Budgeting & Forecasting – Work closely with the Finance Director to develop financial strategies.
  ・Streamline Processes – Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices for smoother operations.
  ・Collaborate Across Teams – Support financial decision-making across departments.
  ・Team Leadership – Supervise a team of 4 accounting staff, assign tasks, manage workflows, and provide mentorship.
  ・Report to Japan HQ – Work closely with the Person-in-Charge (PIC) in Japan to ensure financial transparency and alignment.
