  Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
  Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the printing, packaging, and industrial sectors.
  Conduct market research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  2. Client Relationship Management
  Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients based on their printing and production needs.
  Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements with customers.
  3. Team Leadership & Sales Operations
  Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives.
  Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide training and development to the team.
  Ensure sales activities align with company objectives and customer satisfaction standards.
  4. Collaboration & Coordination
  Work closely with production, R&D, and marketing teams to ensure product quality and availability.
  Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment.
  Provide feedback to R&D for continuous product improvement based on customer needs.
  5. Reporting & Forecasting
  Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  Develop accurate sales forecasts and budgets.
