  【 Job Background】
  
  Since our establishment in 1999, we have been manufacturing and selling labels and stickers in the Philippines. To expand our sales channels and improve our services, we are looking for a Sales Assistant! Currently, we have three Japanese staff, including the representative. When the person in charge temporarily returns to Japan, the Sales Assistant will help facilitate smooth communication between local staff and the Japanese team by reporting on local activities in Tagalog, English, and Japanese.
  
  【Job Description】
  ・Handling customer inquiries about products (may serve as a point of contact for Japanese clients)
  ・Assisting in quotation preparation
  ・Supporting price negotiations
  ・Providing after-sales support
  ・Reporting to local sales and the Japanese headquarters
  ・Support Japanese Sales officer
  ・Managing and reporting delivery schedules and product quality (coordinating with other departments as necessary)
  ・Keeping sales records
  ・Data entry
  ・Performing other tasks as assigned by Japanese managers
