  As a Brand Manager / Assistant Brand Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening our brand and ensuring successful product marketing strategies. Your responsibilities include:
  
  🔹 Brand Strategy & Marketing Execution
  ・Develop and execute brand marketing plans and campaigns
  ・Monitor brand performance, sales, and market trends
  ・Create promotional strategies to increase product visibility and sales
  
  🔹 Product Development & Innovation
  ・Lead the launch of new products and line extensions
  ・Work closely with R&D and sales teams for product innovation
  ・Ensure alignment of product development with brand identity
  
  🔹 Market Research & Consumer Insights
  ・Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  ・Identify target audiences and consumer preferences
  ・Use insights to develop effective marketing campaigns
  
  🔹 Sales & Promotions Coordination
  ・Collaborate with the sales team to boost product sales
  ・Plan and oversee marketing events, activations, and promotions
  ・Coordinate with advertising agencies and marketing partners
  
  🔹 Budget & Performance Management
  ・Manage and track the advertising & promotion (A&P) budget
  ・Monitor ROI and campaign effectiveness
  ・Prepare reports and presentations for management
