  1. Work experience more than 7 years at Plastic Injection Molding Manufacturing Company
  2. Management experience more than 3 years of Plastic Injection Molding
  (Production has 100 machines and consists 180 employees)
  3. Operating and troubleshooting skill of Plastic Injection Machine
  4. Skill of Injection Parameter setting and Knowledge of Injection Molding Equipment
  5. Experience of Material Knowledge (POM, ABS, PP, PC+ABS, PC, PA, PBT, etc.)
  6. Improvement Skill of Actual Production (Output, C/T, Down time and Internal Defect Ratio)
  7. Basic knowledge of Injection Production Planning and Performance Management
  8. Inventory experience from Incoming until Finish Good Parts
  9. Knowledge of Plastic Injection Mold
  10. Basic Knowledge of Parts Engineering
  11. Basic Knowledge and experience of Quality Control / Quality Assurance of Plastic Injection Molding Parts
  12. Basic Knowledge of ISO 9001
  13. Experience of meeting with Customer and Supplier
  
  
  ＜Job Description＞
  
  1. Production Management & Operations
  ・Supervise operation of injection molding machines (around 100 units) and manage production schedule.
  ・Plan, adjust, and execute production schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
  ・Optimize production process to improve efficiency (reduce cycle time, increase output, and minimize downtime).
  
  2. Equipment Management & Technical Support
  ・Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot injection molding machines.
  ・Optimize injection molding parameters for stable quality.
  ・Manage and ensure proper usage of raw materials (POM, ABS, PP, PC+ABS, PC, PA, PBT, etc.).
  
  3. Quality Control & Improvement
  ・Monitor defect rate and implement actions to improve product quality.
  ・Work with QC/QA team to ensure production meets ISO 9001 standards.
  ・Analyze and resolve quality issues, including customer complaints.
  
  4. Inventory & Material Management
  ・Control and monitor inventory from raw materials to finished products.
  ・Manage rejected products and propose improvement solutions.
  
  5. Manpower Management & Training
  ・Supervise and train operators (around 180 employees).
  ・Manage work shifts and maintain a safe working environment.
  ・Conduct training programs to improve skills of team members.
  
  6. Customer & Supplier Coordination
  ・Respond to customer technical and quality requirements and solve issues.
  ・Coordinate with suppliers for material procurement and negotiation.
  ・Attend meetings and prepare reports as needed.
