    <Job Summary>
    We are looking for a proactive person who gets results – a Sales Staff member. In this role, you will find and gain new clients, keep and strengthen relationships with current clients, and promote our financial solutions. The perfect candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong drive to achieve their targets.

    <Key Responsibilities>
    -Client Relationship Support: You'll help maintain and improve relationships with our important existing clients. This includes working with government officials and leaders from private companies.
    -New Client Development: You'll actively help find and develop relationships with new potential clients. We focus on high-level and strategic accounts.
    -Communication & Coordination: You'll make sure communication flows smoothly between our internal teams and external partners.
    -Appointment Setting: You'll proactively schedule and arrange meetings with both clients and potential customers.
    -Market Insights: You'll help gather information on market trends and what clients need to find new business opportunities.
    -Administrative Support: You'll provide the necessary administrative help for sales and business development tasks.
    -Learning & Development: You'll continuously learn about our financial products, services, and the industries we work with to grow into a more senior role.

    -Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
    -Language Skills: Proficiency in Tagalog and English is essential.
    -Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to interact -professionally with diverse stakeholders.
    -Proactiveness: A strong desire to learn, build networks, and take initiative.
    -Client Focus: A genuine interest in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
    -Work Ethic: Reliable, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
    -Integrity: High level of ethics and discretion in handling sensitive information and relationships.

    <BETTER>
    +Japanese Language Skills: Conversational proficiency in Japanese (equivalent to JLPT N3 or higher)
    +Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of financial products or international business.
    +Technical Skills: Experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
