  -Review requirements specifications documents.
  -Monitor and manage onsite and offsite support provided by the development team Prepare Maintenance & Support Scope of Work and Service Level arrangements with the client.
  -Monitor Service Level agreements and support implementations by the support teams Monitor project deliverables and milestones.
  Write and document job assignments, project status, reports and other documents required by the client and management.
  -Discuss budget constraints and recommend additional budget or budget reallocation, if necessary.
  -Consolidate and analyze profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization across practice Create proposals (scope of work, schedules, effort/cost estimates, etc) and quotations for new opportunities Develop and maintain an ongoing relationship with strategic clients and partners regarding solutions, project expectations, progress and issues.
  -Provide inputs to the development of business and functional requirements.
  -Conduct appropriate soft skills training to team members to ensure that identified competencies are satisfied Evaluate performance of team members and provide continuous coaching and mentoring to project team members.
  -Provide recommendations for transfers, promotions, and vacation schedules.
  -Identify the areas for improvement, reuse plans, inconsistencies, possible changes, alternatives, risk and mitigation, and impact at present and in the future.
  -Participate in Quality Management reviews. Review current and proposed projects to identify opportunities for reuse and process improvements Provide relevant project status for inclusion in the management reports.
  -Monitor project risks and provide mitigation and contingency plans for each identified risk.
  -Report risk occurrence, incidents and resolution status to internal and external stakeholders.
