  • Job Description

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    1. Ensures that the department maintains an accurate inventory, analyzes profitability and reduces costs and expenditures.
    2.Regulate and strategize accurate order, timely delivery of raw materials and finish goods in and out of the commissary.
    3. Establish the smooth operations of the commissary production area, by setting the work schedule and output in relation to store order and deliverables needed.
    4. Collaborate, strategize and support other departments in regards to new products, product improvement and product allocation and movement.
    5. He/she supervises the daily operations of a commissary department, ensuring optimal food quality, managing inventory, and handling production reports.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Must have at least 4 years experience working in a commissary setup.
    - Must be a graduate of business, culinary or any other related courses.
    - Must be willing to work in BGC area.
