Job Description
● Plan, develop and design cost effective employee discipline.
● Enforcement and monitoring of compliance to the Company’s Code of Discipline, policies and procedures.
● Manage of employee disciplinary cases.
● Provide guidance and advice to the employees on matters relating to employment law compliance, performance, investigations, policy and application of progressive corrective action processes.
● Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees about the safe keeps memo, policies and procedures.
● Works at both strategic and operational level to manage various personnel policies that affect employees.
● Provide assistance in the resolution of specific disciplinary or grievance cases.
● Conduct Exit interview
● Analyze attrition data. Create and implement programs at work that connect employees with business goals.
● With direct supervision of HR & Admin Manager, assesses needs, plans, and implements appropriate strategies, and evaluates organization-wide initiatives, such as: leadership development; service excellence; employee engagement and culture enhancement.
● Implement organizational effectiveness interventions.
● Plan and design materials, forms and surveys.
● Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals, recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
● Assists in performance evaluation program and reviews, as necessary.
● Revises and maintains organizational charts to reflect changes in organizational structure and reorganizations.
● Ensures that job descriptions are updated as the need arises.
● Develop team-building exercises and workshops.
● Recommend training, organization development intervention such as training if appropriate.
● Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
● Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
● Maintains employee confidence and secures HR data / files / information by keeping information confidential.
● Participates in HR meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
● Perform other HR duties or special projects as assigned by the HR & Admin Manager or the department Head.
● Must be a team player and work well with co-employees, superiors and customers.
● Presents a positive attitude about the company and promotes our products and services to customers.
● Attire must be in accordance with the company prescribed dress code and proper grooming.
Qualifications
Requirement

● Graduate of Psychology or any related course
● With at least 6 months’ work experience.
● Computer literate
● Willing to learn, analytical, organized and flexible.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
