Job Description
Human Resources
1. Supports the HRAD Manager in recommending and executing policies, procedures,
rules, regulations for employees in compliance with Labor Law
2. Review and update all human resources policies to meet the organization’s needs
3. Supports the HRAD Manager in planning and facilitating HR activities in the team: endto-end recruitment, performance management, disciplinary procedures, organizational
development (strategies & policymaking/review), training & development, employee
engagements/events and office administration
4. Conducts on-boarding preparation and new hire orientation
5. Ensure to develop/update job descriptions for current/new positions
6. Maintain current organizational chart and current staff contact list and employee
masterlist
7. Supports the HRAD Manager re the progress of job planning and performance
management
8. Provide coaching and training to direct staffs on HR & Admin functions
9. Establish and maintain relations with government and other related personnel
stakeholders
10. Support for procedures or papers relating to employee discipline or staffing issues
11. Conduct instruction for staff members about HR procedures
12. In-charge of employee engagements and training & development
Administration
1. Supervises all administrative activities in assistance of the HRAD Assistant.
2. Supervises HRAD Assistant in ensuring all documents are filed in an orderly manner.
3. Working closely with colleague in the preparation of correspondence, memos, reports,
presentations, and emails to employees or other related offices or agencies in relation
to the office operations
4. Keen in ensuring an updated record of all names, address, telephone numbers and other
pertinent information regarding vendors and suppliers.
5. Working closely with colleague in ensuring that an adequate amount of office supplies is
on stock reorder level.
6. Working closely with colleague in managing office equipment and infrastructure to
ensure a well-running office
7. Responsible for the overall running of the reception operation
8. Responsible for incoming and outgoing telephone calls
9. Working closely with colleague in making logistic arrangement including flights
reservations, hotel and vehicle arrangement for employees, visitors/partners,
consultants and customers
10. Conduct procurement of stationery for staff and meetings/workshops and assets of the
office as needed
11. Able to multi-task, establishes priorities and organize efficiently
Qualifications
Requirement
1. Graduate/Bachelor’s Degree in BS/AB Psychology, Human Resources Management, BS
Administration, Management and other related/equivalent courses
2. At least five (5) years of work-related experience in HR & Admin functions and procedures
3. Strong background in supervising recruitment, performance management, disciplinary
procedures, organizational development (strategies & policymaking/review), training &
development, employee engagements/events and office administration
4. Strong connection with headhunters/agencies/other hiring portal & resources
5. With background in IT industry and office fit-out an advantage
6. Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively
7. With a high regard in confidentiality & integrity
8. Organize, keen into detail, dependable, trustworthy and can work with minimum
