    >At least 15 years of experience in Insurance Sales and/or Account Management including developing and executing sales
    >Proficient in MS Office application and Presentation Skills
    >Pleasing personality and service-oriented
    >Teamwork and respect for others, as well as ethical behavior and professional conduct
    >Committed to continuous improvement and professional development.
