    ・Monitor team performance and give advice for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Knowledge on HMO, Life and Non-Life Insurance
    - At least 15 years of experience in Insurance Sales and/or Account Management including developing and executing sales
    - Proficient in MS Office application and Presentation Skills
    - Pleasing personality and service-oriented
    - Teamwork and respect for others, as well as ethical behavior and professional conduct
    - Committed to continuous improvement and professional development.
