    -Office Operations Management

    -Facility Management: Responsible for maintaining and managing office equipment (desks, chairs, meeting rooms, etc.), and organizing the purchase and arrangement of necessary supplies.
    Office Environment Maintenance: Ensuring a comfortable and safe office environment by overseeing cleaning, organizing, and adjusting air conditioning and lighting as needed.
    Contract and Insurance Management: Managing office lease contracts, insurance contracts, and the storage and renewal of various contractual documents.
    Human Resources Support

    -New Employee Onboarding: Supporting the documentation and training preparations for new employees joining the company.
    Employee Attendance Management: Monitoring attendance, managing vacation and paid leave, and providing necessary data for payroll calculations.
    Welfare Management: Handling employee health checks, welfare benefits procedures, and providing information about the use of various facilities.
    Communication and Internal Event Management

    -Internal Documentation and Notices: Creating internal newsletters, official communications, and managing bulletin board postings.
    Event Operations: Planning and preparing for internal company events such as year-end parties, company trips, regular meetings, and social gatherings.
    Internal Public Relations Support: Assisting with PR activities related to events and campaigns and sharing information with employees.
    Accounting Support

    -Expense Reimbursement Support: Reviewing and approving employee expense claims such as travel or transportation expenses.
    Invoice Handling: Receiving and assisting with the processing of invoices for various services or products.
    General Administrative Support

    -Phone and Email Handling: Managing inquiries to the company, handling guests, and responding to phone calls.
    Supplies Management: Managing stock and purchasing office consumables such as stationery, copier paper, and toner.
    Mail Management: Receiving, sorting, and handling outgoing mail and deliveries.
    Legal Support

    -Compliance Checks: Assisting with the creation of documents and performing checks to ensure the company complies with laws and regulations.
    Legal Document Management: Assisting with the management and renewal of legal documents such as contracts, licenses, and permits.
