  • Job Description

    "Support all internal and external HR-related concerns, inquiries or requests
    ・Support the daily operations of the HR team
    ・Perform end-to-end recruitment process (e.g. screening, interviews, onboarding, etc.); includes providing HR support in recruitment activities and training
    ・Generate reports on general HR activities and maintain databases of various employee information
    ・Serves a liaison to HR functions (e.g. compensation and benefits, payroll, recruitment, violation and investigations, performance and talent management, training and development, occupational safety and health management)
    ・Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
    ・Coordinate and foster strong rapport across different departments and with employees at all levels of the organization
    ・Assist with payroll processes (Attendance Generation, OT, SL, VL, and checking of any errors, etc.,)
    ・Assist with performance management procedures.
    ・Perform orientations and update records of new staff"

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    "< MUST > REQUIREMENTS:
    ・Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or any equivalent field
    ・At least one (1) year of professional experience in the human resources field (e.g., compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee relations, etc.)
    ・Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and other IT and database applications
    ・Knowledgeable in all facets of HR within a professional office setting
    ・Ability to work and thrive in a face-paced working environment with little direct supervision
    ・Flexible - willing to work in any schedule (weekends and holidays) and overtime (if necessary)
    ・Willing to work onsite - Makati City
    ・Proficient in the English language
