  1,Authorities and Responsibilities:
  Ensure compliance with the requirements of PD 1586. RA 6969, RA 8749, RA 9003, RA 9275, their respective implementing rules and regulations (IRRs), and other pertinent rules and regulations.
  2,Early Detection and Response to Defects
  In the event of equipment or process abnormalities, promptly identify the affected areas.
  Perform troubleshooting to minimize production downtime and quality issues.
  3.Safety Management
  Adhere to safety standards related to process operations.
  Prevent risks such as explosions, fires, and the release of toxic gases.
  Implement emergency response procedures as needed.
  4,Improvement Suggestions
  Propose process optimization, equipment improvements, and the introduction of new technologies.
  Regularly share on-site feedback during production meetings.
