• Job Description

  Pollution Control Officer
  · Ensure compliance with the requirements of PD 1586, RA 9003, RA 8749, RA 9275, RA 6969, their respective implementing rules and regulations (IRRs), and other pertinent rules and regulations.
  · Submit and/or cause the submission of duly accomplished, signed, and validated SMRs / other reportorial to DENR, LLDA, and PEZA ENSD.
  ·Identify and/or cause the identification of significant environmental aspects and impacts of the establishment’s operational activities, recommend possible mitigating measures in the formulation/preparation and/or review of the Environmental Management Plan and Contingency Plan, and create environmental-related improvement plans.
  
  
  Safety Officer:
  · Develop, implement, review and update OSH policies and programs of the company to reduce employees’ risk.
  · On-time submission of Safety and Health Reports to DOLE, such as the Annual Medical Result (AMR), Annual Occupational Illness & Accomplishment Report of OSH Committee, Annual Work Accident / Illness Exposure Data Report (AEDR), Employer's Work Accident Illness Report (WAIR), COVID WAIR, Composition of OSH/Safety Committee (as necessary), etc.
