    Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to secure prime locations for new stores.
    Identify and negotiate favorable leasing terms that align with business objectives.
    Conduct market research and analysis to identify high-potential locations in major shopping malls.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property developers, and key stakeholders in the real estate industry.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Graduate of Bachelor ‘s degree in Real estate , Business Administration or any related work experience. Preferably in retail.
    Eight (8) or more years of experience in Leasing, Business Development or any related work experience. Preferably in retail.
    With At least 5 years in Managerial or Senior Management role.
    Good Interpersonal skills that include providing good customer service
    Knowledge of the external marketplace real estate trends and industry
