  ＜Job Description＞
  1:Order and Procurement Management
  ・Manage customer order queues and allocate tasks accordingly.
  ・Process purchase orders (PO) and shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, Bill of Lading (BL), and Letter of Credit (L/C).
  
  2:Shipment Preparation & Logistics Coordination
  ・Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
  ・Coordinate with factories to monitor and maintain the shipment schedule.
  ・Arrange shipments according to sales and purchase order terms and customer shipping instructions.
  ・Work with factories and forwarders/carriers for logistics operations, vessel booking, document verification, and issuance, including tax exemption forms.
  ・Handle LC shipments and documentation for negotiations.
  
  3:Shipment & Delivery Management
  ・Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely and proper shipment movement.
  ・Prepare and send the shipping list to customers, and liaise with the Sales and Accounting teams for payment confirmation.
  
  4:Inventory & Warehouse Management
  ・Monitor and manage stock inventory using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method.
  ・Conduct regular warehouse and facility inspections to ensure proper maintenance.
  ・Perform monthly stock-taking operations.
  
  5:Billing & Administrative Support
  ・Prepare delivery receipts and sales invoices.
  ・Provide support to the Sales team regarding shipping and logistics.
