Job Description
[Key Responsibilities]
・Oversee daily operations in assigned production areas (assembly and finishing)
・Manage and supervise production supervisors and line leaders
・Ensure productivity, quality, and safety targets are consistently met
・Coordinate with Quality and Logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow
・Identify and solve production-related issues quickly
・Submit reports and join regular management meetings
・Implement and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Qualifications
Requirement
<Must>
・At least 5 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Manager in a manufacturing or line production environment
・Strong background in production control and quality assurance
・Hands-on leadership and good team management skills
・Strong communication and reporting skills
・Willing to work on-site in Bataan

・Experience in sports equipment manufacturing, especially ball production
・Knowledge in ISO standards or lean manufacturing practices
・Familiarity with ERP systems or other production tracking tools
