  [Job Summary]
  We are looking for a professional and attentive Interpreter & HR Supervisor who can support communication between Japanese managers and Filipino staff, and also manage HR tasks. This is a dual-role job: interpreter and HR leader.
  
  <Interpreter Responsibilities>
  ・Assist Japanese managers in meetings, trainings, and site visits
  ・Translate documents, announcements, and training materials (Japanese ⇆ English/Tagalog)
  ・Help prepare bilingual reports and letters for HR
  
  ＜HR Supervisor Responsibilities＞
  ・Handle recruitment and employee onboarding
  ・Ensure labor law compliance and proper employee relations
  ・Promote high-performance culture and staff development
  ・Lead training programs and employee engagement
  ・Coordinate improvement plans with company management
