• Job Description

  >Assist in the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO and/or other relevant standards.
  
  >Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS policies, procedures, and customer requirements.
  
  >Support product quality inspections, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  
  >Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and report findings to senior management.
  
  >Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, procurement) to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
  
  >Manage and resolve customer complaints and non-conformities through structured investigation and follow-up.
  
  >Train and support production staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
  
  >Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain up-to-date documentation for audits and certification processes.
