JOB SUMMARY> Contribute to the group through the promotion of sales / marketing> Marketing and sale of the products of the Company, Group and Affiliates> Set up plan how to marketing strategies coreesponding to the Item No. 2> The retrieval of accounts receivableSTATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES> Responsible for developing business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for TOWA in the Philippines.> Identifies and analyzes new opportunities and creates a tactical plan to capture the business.> Understands the competitive environment and provide market insight.> Develops and maintains close relationship with the customers at multiple levels.> Resolve and address critical issues and drive collaboration with respective stakeholders within TOWA to ensure customer’s needs are being met to close business.> Gain long lasting, strong relationships with customers key decision makers> Manages all business activities, including: Quoting, T&C's, Delivery commitments, Issue tracking, escalation and resolution, forecasting.> Managing Reps and work with Reps to support growth on TOWA products
