1. Leadership Reactive Role Functions
•Responsible for the delivery of all aspects of support of Office 365 Support infrastructure and services across multiple O365 service support components including the following:
oOffice 365 Platform management
oOffice 365 Analytics
oOffice 365 Identity Management
oOffice 365 Exchange Online
oOffice 365 SharePoint Online
oOffice 365 OneDrive for Business Online
oOffice 365 Yammer
oOffice 365 MS Teams - Collaboration
oOffice 365 MS Teams - Voice
oOffice 365 ProPlus Support
oOffice 365 Azure Conditional Access
oOffice 365 Azure AD MFA
oOffice 365 Azure Active Directory Single Sign-on (SSO) (Per Application)
oOffice 365 E-Discovery - Search, Hold & Export
•Provide services and tasks to the customer within agreed service delivery timeframes.
•Provide leadership to the Office 365 Support team.
•Provide governance to all implementations and changes affecting the end user environment.
•Escalate issues as required to the Office 365 Support Management or SDM.
•Use service delivery processes efficiently, effectively and accurately.
•Assist with the development and enhancement of relevant standards, procedures and guidelines

応募条件
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Minimum of 3 years managing and supporting Office 365 platforms/environments and knowledge of how device management, compliance and identity are integrated
•Advanced software and platform/environmental troubleshooting ability
•Advanced working knowledge of the Microsoft Windows family of End User Computing Operating Systems and applications
•Experience with using Azure Active Directory to manage users, groups and roles
•Advanced working knowledge/understanding of Microsoft unattended deployment methodologies for the Microsoft Windows family
•Scripting ability (PowerShell, VBScript, Batch)
•Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management (ITIL) processes
•Excellent documentation skills, for user training and technical documents
Preferred:
•Experience of other infrastructure technologies such as on-prem Windows server, email, database; cloud technologies and datacentre infrastructure.
•ITIL V3/V4 Certification
•M365 / O365 Certifications英語
