    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
    Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
    Manage front desk operations, ensuring a clean and organized reception area.
    Provide basic information about the company and its services to visitors and callers.
    Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
    Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
    Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
    Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
    Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed.
    Qualifications & Skills:
    High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
    Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    Professional appearance and demeanor.
    Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience in customer service or administrative support.
    Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
