We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Manager to join our dynamic team at a reputable Japanese construction company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with experience in strategic planning and operations, specifically in a construction environment. This role will involve overseeing HR functions across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving HR initiatives to support company growth.
<Key Responsibilities>
・Lead HR strategic planning and execution for the company.
・Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs.
・Manage talent acquisition, employee engagement, training, and development programs.
・Oversee performance management and employee relations.
・Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and Japanese standards.
・Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
・Provide guidance and support in organizational development and workforce planning.
・Handle HR-related administrative tasks, including payroll and benefits management.
Qualifications
Requirement
・Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
・At least 15 years of experience in human resources or a related field, with a proven track record in HR management.
・Experience working in a multinational company, particularly with Japanese companies or familiarity with Japanese corporate culture, is highly preferred.
・Strong communication skills with the ability to relate information clearly and connect with stakeholders at all levels.
・Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
・Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.English Level
