    We are looking for a Japanese-Speaking Project Coordinator to support executive-level operations, manage projects, and ensure smooth coordination between teams, clients, and stakeholders.     【Responsibilities】
    ***Executive & Project Coordination***
    ・Assist the President & Project Manager in daily operations.
    ・Oversee new project coordination and support.
    ・Manage communication and logistics for company guests & business partners.

    ***Client & Business Support***
    ・Handle Philippine inbound business operations, including customer support.
    ・Coordinate with clients, managers, and team superiors for project updates.
    ・Prepare and organize project-related documents, summary reports, and presentations.

    ***Administrative & KPI Management***
    ・Track and manage team performance & KPIs.
    ・Maintain executive schedules and ensure efficient workflow.
    ・Handle and process PEZA, Visa, DOLE, and other government requirements.

    ***Other Executive & Ad-Hoc Tasks***
    ・Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
    ・Perform other tasks as assigned by the President.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <MUST>
    - Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent fields.
    - 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
    - Japanese Language Proficiency (JLPT N3 or above).
    - Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
    - Excellent English & Japanese communication skills (Written & Verbal).
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and Management Systems.
    - Ability to multi-task and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
    - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    - Experience or knowledge in government processing (PEZA, DOLE, Visa, etc.).

    + Experience in a Travel & Leisure Agency.
    + Background in BPO / Shared Services.
