Conducts audits, spot checks and inspection on areas and activities in progress handled by the team. 13. Updates immediate superior in a timely manner on activities/ deviations that will affect overall line performance. 14. Observes and implements company policies and other related administrative functions. Promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviors expected of them. 15. Responsible in making sure that all the functions of the team operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel. 16. Promotes and implements 5s at all times. 17. work as part of the Middle management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing improvement activities for process and procedure to optimize results and improve quality and delivery, in line with quality standards, delivery requirements, company and customer requirements.

Update KPI for lay out inspection, annual requalification and material periodic testing and provide analysis for any unachieved targets.
